Third Course: Greek Stuffed Beef Flank Steak served with Couscous and Roasted Winter Vegetables or Mediterranean Garlic Chicken served with Couscous and Roasted Winter Vegetables, Served with Meritage
Fourth Course: Chocolate Mousse, Served with Port from the Barrel

Join us in celebrating the harvest season with a first hand look at how wine is made at Paradise Springs. The tour will take you through the historical log cabin, inside the vineyard, through production, and ultimately end with a full tasting of our entire flight of wines. You will even get the chance to taste our sparkling Viognier, Aprés!

Join us on Friday evenings for our celebrated "Friday Evening in Paradise" featuring live music either on the grass lawn or on our new covered patio. Our 2009 Chardonnay was awarded the coveted Governor's Cup on 9/29/10 signifying it at the best white wine in the state of VA! The award was presented by First Lady Maureen Mcdonnell at Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson.
