Enjoy quarterly selections by our winemaker in either 3, 6, or 12 bottle increments. Attend our pick-up event each quarter or have your wines shipped directly to your door.

Membership Commitments:
*Quarterly selections of 3, 6, or 12 bottles
*You choose Standard Option, Reds Only, or Whites Only
*Minimum of a 1 year commitment (4 selection periods)
*Ship wines directly to your door or attend our quarterly pick-up event during pick-up weekend
*A one-time initial sign up cost of $20 to include your introductory packet, PSW black card, and welcome gift.

*Fax (703-830-9447) or email (wineclub@paradisespringswinery.com) the completed form back
to us.
*Once you are signed up, we will send you a welcome email with your introductory packet and information on the current selections.
*Your first selection will be charged and shipped out to you at the time of sign up.
*Or sign up in person in our tasting room and take your first selections home with you that day
