2008 Chardonnay

A classic varietal, this Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 9 months Sur Lie. Granny smith apples fill your mouth with this smooth finishing wine.

2009 Viognier

A Virginia flagship, this wine was stainless steel fermented and delicately aged for 8 months in French Oak. Deceptively sweet with notes of apricot and honeysuckle.

2008 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged 13 months in 1-4 year old oak barrels for complexity, this Cabernet has a great tannin structure rich with blackberry and cherry flavors to give it that big mouth feel. Will age nicely for 10+years. Pairs perfectly with red meats, rosemary, and red sauce Italian dishes.

A bouquet of strawberry shortcake with a subtle tart cherry on the palate, this dry French style Rosé is a refreshing selection. Best served chilled as an aperitif.
