2011 Chardonnay

Barrel fermented and aged 'sur lie' in lightly toasted French Oak for 8 months. Bright & crisp with flavors of Granny Smith apples, a creamy mid palate, and a smooth finish for this fruit-forward style of chardonnay.

2011 Viognier

Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels, this Viognier has a citrusy noe accentuated with apricot on the front palate. It has good body with a balanced acid structure  and finishes with essence of melon.

2011 Petit Manseng

This varietal derives its name from its small, thick-skinned berries that yield a beautiful, golden straw-colored wine. Often made into a late-harvest dessert wine, our version is more of a dry style with a fruity, citrus nose. It is a medium bodied wine with a strong front palate of guava and ripe pear, a touch of creaminess on the mi-palate, and lemon zest on the finish.

2012 Sommet Blanc

With a subtle floral aroma and blistering with tree fruit notes such as apple and asian pear, this off-dry white wine blend is well balanced with good acidity and a clean lingering finish.

2012 Cabernet Franc

Estate grown here in Paradise, Cabernet Franc is quickly becoming the staple red wine of Virginia. This wine has an earthy mineral characteristic with a great mouth feel. Fruity aromas of cherry and vanilla are balanced by spicy flavors of black pepper and tobacco.

2011 Mélange

The rich garnet color of this medium bodied red wine blend gives way to aromas of warm vanilla and red fruits. The palate tantalizes with velvety tannins, a light toasty oak component, and red cherry fruit that finishes dry and very smooth. Melange means "mixture" in French.

2011 Petit Verdot

One of the five Noble Bordeaux varietals, this Petit Verdot is delicately aged in French Oak to help balance its firm tannin structure. This wine has rich flavors of dark fruits such as blackberries and plums with a touch of spice on the finish.

2011 Tannat

Tannat is a lesser known variety from the Madiran region in southwest France. This 2011 vintage was fined to make it much more approachable than the usual hearty and tannic version that you will find. Abundant with the aromas and flavors of plums, black cherries, and blackberries, the wine envelops the palate with good structure and body, then finishes really smooth with a spicy note.

2012 Nana's Rosé

A delightful mix of passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit on both the nose and the pallet. Skin contact for only 2 days give this dry French style Rosé it's pale salmon color. Best served chilled as an aperitif.

Swagger, Edition I (Port-Style)

Fortified with grape spirit brandy and aged in Virginia Bourbon Barrels from the Bowman Distillery for 17 months, this edition is comprised entirely from the 2011 vintage. Just a touch of sweetness (2.5%) with a long lingering finish.
