2010 Petit Manseng

A non-traditional varietal, this medium to light bodied wine is bone dry with a fruity, citrus nose. A great front palate with flavors of mandarin orange, tangerine, and a hint of peach.

2010 Chardonnay

Barrel fermented and aged in light French oak for 9 months sur lie. Bright and crisp with flavors of green granny smith apples. A smooth finishing, fruit forward chardonnay.

Viognier 2008

2010 Viognier

As the signature grape of  Virginia, this wine was stainless steel fermented and delicately aged for 8 months in French Oak. Highlighted with notes of apricot and honeysuckle. Makes a great holiday wine!

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2007

2009 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged 13 months in 1-4 year old oak barrels for complexity, this Cabernet has a great tannin structure rich with blackberry and cherry flavors to give it that big mouth feel. Will age nicely for 10+years. Pairs perfectly with red meats, rosemary, and red sauce Italian dishes.

2010 Cabernet Franc (Coming Feb 2012)

Estate grown here in Paradise, Cabernet Franc is a parent clone of Cabernet Sauvignon. With vanilla and plum flavors abounding, this varietal truly embodies a Virginia red wine.

One of the five major Bordeaux varietals, this Petit Verdot is delicately aged in French Oak with rich flavors of ripe fruit, blackberries, and a hint of clove.

2009 Meritage

A blend of all five Bordeaux noble varietals. Full bodied and complex with a balanced tannin structure. Aged 10 months in American Oak with complex, integrated flavors of brambleberry, cherry, and liquorice.

2010 Nana's Rosé

A bouquet of strawberry shortcake with a subtle tart cherry on the palate, this dry French style Rosé is a refreshing selection. Skin contact for only 4 hours give this wine it's pale salmon color. Best served chilled as an aperitif.
