Our Red Barn & Patio rental venue is our newest venue at Paradise Springs. The two story structure was rebuilt in June 2016 from our reclaimed 19th century barn that originally stood 12 miles away in Fairfax City, VA and moved to our grounds in the 1950’s. Suitable for anything from meetings to celebrations, the Red Barn features two floors of rustic and elegant event space accommodating up to 120 guests indoors with additional space on the surrounding patio and upper level deck.
The Red Barn can be rented as one venue or as two more intimate spaces; the Stable Room and the Hayloft.
The Stable Room on the lower level features a 700 square foot room opening to an expansive covered patio space overlooking our grounds. The Hayloft on the upper level features over 800 square feet with dramatic views of our vineyard, cabin and grounds and an elevated deck adjoining the room. The centerpiece of this room is the European crystal chandelier. The floors of this space are the original exterior barn boards and the original hay loft ceiling all dating to the the late 19th century.
THE VINEYARD PICNIC GROVE
Accommodates 20 to 80
The Vineyard Picnic Grove venue is available during our normal hours of operation April through October and is located next to our Cabernet Franc vineyard. This open air, 1280 square foot semi-shaded area can be divided into two sections. Each section has a separate bar area as well as 4 picnic tables.
In the event of inclement weather there is not back up space available. In the event of rain at the time of the rental, we offer a full winery credit for the advance rental fees paid.

THE TASTING ROOM & BACK DECK
Accommodates 125-150
This premium space is available after the winery grounds close for business every day of the week except Friday. Private events can begin at 7:30pm with conclusion at 10:30pm or 11:30pm with last call for wine service one half hour before closing. We follow these specific time blocks as the winery does not close early on any day for private event rentals.
