The abundant tannins and acidity are key factors that allow this wine to age for a long time and hold onto its fruitier notes. This wine pairs well with meaty dishes or game. Strong aromas of blackberries and cherry cola, along with a tobacco note, lead to the same flavor of blackberries on the palate, finally finishing with a touch of vanilla.
